How do I place an order?
Pick a product in the catalog and tap "Order via WhatsApp": a chat with us (+57 311 264 5510) opens with the message already prepared. We confirm availability, delivery and payment right there.
Where are you based, and do you ship?
We are based in Colombia. Delivery and shipping details are arranged via WhatsApp when you order.
Can I buy via Rappi or Etsy?
Not yet — we're working on it, so very soon you'll also be able to order via Rappi and Etsy.
Can I return a product?
Yes. Under Colombian law (Law 1480 of 2011) you have a right of withdrawal within five (5) business days of delivery. Details are in our legal notice.
Which languages do you speak?
We're happy to help in Spanish and English, via WhatsApp and email.
