Orders are placed via WhatsApp Business. We're working on it: very soon you'll also be able to order via Rappi and Etsy.

Right of withdrawal

Under article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011 you may withdraw from a purchase within five (5) business days of delivery. The product must be returned in the condition you received it; return shipping is at your cost. We refund the amount paid within thirty (30) calendar days of the withdrawal. Statutory warranty

All our products carry the statutory warranty set out in articles 7 et seq. of Law 1480 of 2011. If anything is not right, get in touch and we will sort it out.
